Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Protein Bars  


  • 16 oz Peanut butter

  • 1 cup Honey

  • 2 ¼ cup Protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or cake batter)

  • 3 cup Chocolate Koala Crisp gluten free, organic cereal

  • 1 spoon/serving of fiber

  • 5 oz Lily’s stevia sweetened baking chips, 55% cocoa


  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir to combine.

  2. Add protein powder, cereal, and fiber. Mix thoroughly. (The mixture will be thick)

  3. Press the mixture into a 9x16 pan

  4. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave.

  5. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the cereal mixture, and smooth the chocolate out into an even layer.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  7. Cut into 12 equal portions and enjoy!
