Overnight Oats


½ cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats

1 cup milk

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 packet stevia (or 1 tsp granulated stevia)

2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter and/or 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)


-Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator overnight. 

-Top with greek yogurt, fresh berries, nut butter or any of your favorite toppings!
