Chia Pudding

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups almond milk 

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 3 tbsp flaxseed 

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen fruit 

  • Stevia to taste 

Directions: 

1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Serve or store in refrigerator to store at later time. 

4. Consume 1-2 (4oz) servings per day for constipation relief.
