Beet Juice
Ingredients:
Beets (2-3)
Apples (3)
Lemons (3-4)
Fresh Ginger (1-2 inches)
Directions:
1. Begin by chopping beets, apples and ginger into large chunks and halve lemons.
2. Juice beets, apples, ginger and lemons one at a time in your juicer.
3. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
4. Drink chilled, approximately 3oz before your workout for best benefits.
