Banana Berry Smoothie


  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries 

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 

  • 1/2 small banana (frozen if desired)

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond, cashew milk or coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp almond, cashew or peanut butter

  • 1/2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds

  • Ice as needed 


Combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, milk, nut butter, hemp seeds and a small handful of ice in a blender. Process until smooth, adding more milk and/or ice if needed, for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
